The qualification criteria for the health.network startup package are reserved for US-based, Series A or earlier companies with <$2M in annual revenue. You must qualify. Companies outside of this range should contact us for a 20-minute consultation to discuss other available options.
How configurable is the startup package?
The startup package is available out of the box and is not configurable — the user interface comes pre-branded with b.well’s branding.
Is IAL2 identity verification included?
Yes. IAL2 is included — there’s no variable cost on your end and no separate line item to negotiate or approve.
Do my users have to reconnect when their data updates?
No. health.network keeps your connected records current and in sync. Users only need to reconnect if their identity verification or authorization to a connection expires.
What if I need headless SDKs or custom UI/UX?
Available. The standard package uses the hosted embeddable to get you live fast. Headless SDKs, custom UI/UX, and CLEAR vendor flexibility are available as your needs grow; same backend, no migration required.
What does the contract look like?
The entry contract is click-to-sign — by design, so you can move fast. For clients with more complex needs, contracts scale to custom SLAs. We’ll structure it for your use case.
Do you work with payers and health systems?
Yes. Clients requiring insights, patient matching, care navigation, or custom scope go through a custom engagement. Reach out and we’ll scope it with you.
